Juss thought about this...

So....just thought abt this...theres a difference between ppl tryna tear you down and ppl seein somethin that ur doin that u shouldnt be doin. The difference is how you approach ppl. Thats why you have to be careful of how you approach ppl. If you want them to change to better themselves (whether in their craft, as a person or for the Lord) you have to find the right words to address the situation. And everyone doesnt not respond the same to the same approach, meaning you cant talk to everyone the same. Would you talk to a baby about something they are doing wrong the same way you would talk to a teenager for doing something they shouldnt? I hope not! So think on that the next time you try to approach somebody about something. Get to know what kind of person you are dealing with before you jump in. You'll have a better chance of getting through.
