Kinda like a “out of sight, out of mind” kind of deal.
I admit, I am guilt of this too. But, I want to bring the Haiti situation back to the light.
This blog will showcase a variety of videos and links that are telling us the current conditions of Haiti and what is being done down there, one year late. (Doesn’t seem like its been that long, does it?)
this first video was done by Save the Children, an organization that goes straught to the problem area, whether in the United States, or around the world, and provides medical needs, food, hep with rebuilding the area, etc.
The next video is about a group of people (including 106&Park's host Terrence J) explaining why they went over to Haiti to help out.
This last video(for right now) is about a camp were survivors are living. this video was made just a month ago.
So, how can WE get involved?? The easiest way for us to get involved is by donations. These websites benefit those in Haiti ( but is not limited to Haiti. There are donation opportunities for different countries and different situations).
